This heart-wrenching incident involves Ahad, a 4-year-old child, who was tragically shot in the right eye while standing on the balcony of his home in the Rayerbag area of Jatrabari, Dhaka. The incident occurred on Friday, July 19, around 4 p.m. The bullet, which entered through his right eye, lodged inside his head, causing critical injuries. Ahad was immediately rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where he was placed on life support in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Despite the best efforts of the medical team, Ahad was declared dead the following day, around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday. This devastating event highlights the profound tragedy of innocent lives being caught in the crossfire of violence.
